TravelSmiths will offer the below options for insurance at an additional fee.

INSURANCE:
Worldwide Trip Protector Prime Comprehensive travel insurance rate is based on the person’s age and total price of travel per person. For pre-existing conditions to be waived, this insurance must be booked inside 14 days of your initial deposit. You can purchase this insurance outside of 14 days of deposit but it will not cover pre-existing conditions. Up to 48 hours prior to your departure you may purchase this insurance.

Worldwide Trip Protector Plus This comprehensive travel protection plan provides your enrolled clients with a 75% refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to three days before departure time of the flight. The plan is flexible too! You can sell travel protection to one passenger, or to your entire group. Cancel for any reason Waiver must be purchased when passengers name is applied to group booking.
